Chief Minister’s Jeevan Jyoti Swaniyojan Yojana for Educated Unemployed Youth

The Chief Minister’s Jeevan Jyoti Swaniyojan Yojana for Educated Unemployed Youth is started by Assam Government (Human Resource and Development) with the motive to provide the financial assistance to the educated unemployed youth. The objectives of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to educated unemployed youth by providing Institutional credit supported by Government subsidy to enable them to undertake productive income generation activities for self employment.

  1. All educated unemployed youth of Assam state are eligible for taking benefits under this scheme by checking eligibility

  1. Aadhar card
  2. Permanent residence proof of Assam state e.g. certificate from residence authority
  3. Bank Details e.g. IFSC code, MICR code, Account number etc
  4. Identity card e.g. voter ID
  5. Note: Other document may required for that please inquire at State Institute of Rural Development Office
