E-Tribe Validity Scheme

The E-Tribe Validity Scheme is launched by Maharashtra government (Tribe Development Department) for tribe community to apply online caste validity. Tribal Development department has identified the entire process of providing caste validity certificate to be made online via E-Tribe Validity application. This will help not only to provide to citizen services in a speedy and transparent manner but also improve the efficiency of the committees. This scheme would help to get online caste validity faster and save the efforts needs for the application of validity.

Required eligibility and conditions for applying E-Tribe Validity Scheme:

  1. For application to online E-Tribe Validity  candidate must belong to tribe or only tribe community people can apply for
  2. Must be residence of Maharashtra

Document required for applying E-Tribe Validity Scheme: 

  1. School leaving certificate either of primary school or higher secondary
  2. Domicile certificate
  3. Caste certificate
  4. Aadhar card
  5. BPL or Ration card
  6. Kotwal book copy
  7. Birth certificate if available
  8. Bonafide certificate
  9. Land 7/12 certificate
  10. Attested Xerox copy of identity card issued by the college
  11. Residence proof e.g. certificate from residence from residence authority

How to apply for online for E-Tribe Validity Scheme:
For New Registration:

  1. Click on New Registration link mentioned next: https://www.mahaonline.gov.in/Molweb/Site/Home/Index.aspx
  2. Select purpose for which the Validity certificate is required
  3. Enter First name, Middle name, and Last name. Female applicant’s name should be as per paternal side i.e they should submit details of their Father but not husband
  4. Select Gender
  5. Enter DOB (Non-mandatory )
  6. Enter UID no. if available
  7. Enter mobile no., email id, Mother’s first name of the applicant
  8. Enter Caste certificate no
  9. Enter Username, Username must be alphanumeric, at least 8 characters long and must contain at least 1 special character of this(#,$,@)
  10. Enter Password. Password must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least one capital alphabet, one small alphabet, one number & one special character
  11. Enter captcha correctly
  12. Click on Submit button to save the details
  13. A user should log into the system to for Application Form for Caste Verification.
  14. Before that User should register into system from “New Registration” with required details
  15. Some details will reflect to Basic Details page from registration page
  16. There are separate links for Forgot User Name & Forgot Password if user required
  17. User should log into the system with correct credentials and then
  18. Applicant should fill basic details, Father Details, Paternal Relatives Details, Address Details, Certificate Details, Education Details, Family Details, Election Details/Service details/Pre-Service details, Sponsoring Authority Details, Upload Documents, Applicant’s Photo and Signature, Submit then applicant should check application status
