The Employment Training Center Scheme in Maharashtra for Adivasi Community is launched by Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of Maharashtra. This scheme is specially launched for Adivasi youth who have no employment and less educated. This scheme offers the opportunity to all youth belongs to Adivasi and scheme generates the opportunity to bulk of youth. This scheme generates employment opportunities. Under this scheme training will be provided for mentioned courses like e.g. electrician, motor mechanic, oil engine and electric engine repair etc. and selected candidates are provided Rs. 400 per month for four months the course will be of 4 months. This scheme provides training for only those course which is based on local need. The scheme is open for all Adivasi community youth who is the permanent residence of state Maharashtra and satisfy other eligibility norms mentioned below in the article.
