Madhya Pradesh Government Launches MP e-Cop App for Women’s Safety / महिला सुरक्षा के लिए मध्यप्रदेश सरकार द्वारा MP e -Cop ऐप

In an attempt to connect to the citizens and increase the safety measures of women in the state of Madhya Pradesh, the MP Govt. has launched the MP e-Cop mobile application for its citizens. Through this mobile app, the female can directly contact the police report any case of any crime, misbehavior or emergency. the app was launched by Hon’ble CM of the state. As per the Chief Minister, the new years’ resolutions of the state government are increasing women safety in the state and provide them emergency help by taking several proactive measures, one of them is the MP e-cop app service. This app is launched in the Hindi language which is also the widely used language in the state so that it can reach the common people and more effective interactions can be made. The women or girls can feed up to five number in SOS facility available on MP e –cop and if the girl or the women made a single click on the button. The app will send an alert SMS on the five numbers fed by her in the app.

Safety features provided in the MP e-Cop app for women:

1. The mobile application is available for download and can be used in almost all smartphones. Girls and women can download the app from the play store and install them on their mobile phones for free.
2. This is a very simple application which will store emergency numbers of five family members/well-wishers of the girl who are needed to be informed in case of emergency situations. The user can add names and contact numbers of family members, friends and local guardians in the application.
3. In situations of distress, harassment, crime, trauma, etc. the user can tap the SOS button and instantly SMSs will be sent to the saved emergency contacts for immediate assistance and help.
4. Several emergencies help lines such as that of fire services, ambulances, police stations, hospitals, disaster management, railway helpline, etc. are also provided in the MP e-Cop app.

Facilities of MP e-Cop app for the general citizen:

1. Apart from providing women safety and security which is the main priority task of the mobile application launched by Madhya Pradesh government, this mobile app will also be beneficial to the normal citizens of the state.
2. One can report incidents of a road accident, crime, theft, report of a fire, etc through this app. This app will also be helpful in reporting and recovering of mission persons, articles, mobile phones, etc.
3. Citizens can also connect with high authorities of Police Dept. through this application to report sensitive matters and pass secret information which can be helpful in fighting crime and maintain law and order throughout the state.

1. SOS – for emergency and trauma

3. Telephone directory of important offices and institutions
4. Missing person recovery
5. Unknown dead body report
6. Theft and stolen vehicles report

Report missing persons and unidentified dead bodies:

1. A very important part of the app is the missing person report and recovery.
2. Through this, a citizen can not only enquire the whereabouts of a missing person but also one can report the Police Department about any person gone missing.
3. The Missing Person Squad of the MP Police will immediately take necessary measures as per proper sections of law.
4. Also, if there is a case where there is a dead body recovered without any identity, one can report the police through this application.

How to download and install the MP e-Cop app:

1. As the app is launched only in the Android version, so the citizens with Android phones can use this application.

3. After installation, one can make a one-time registration in this app through their mobile no.

Access all the police stations by one click:

1. As a responsible citizen, one can use this mobile app to directly contact the police department and no one needs to visit the police station for that.
2. This app contains details of each and every police station and other police departments marked in Google maps. One will have to activate the GPS on the phone and the nearest police station will be located.
3. Simultaneously, one can also contact the police to share some critical information if available.

महिला सुरक्षा के लिए मध्यप्रदेश सरकार द्वारा MP e -Cop ऐप

नागरिकों से जुड़ने और मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में महिलाओं के सुरक्षा उपायों में वृद्धि करने के प्रयास में, मध्य प्रदेश सरकार अपने नागरिकों के लिए MP e -Cop ऐप मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन लॉन्च किया है इस मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से, महिला सीधे किसी भी अपराध, दुर्व्यवहार या आपात स्थिति के मामले में पुलिस से संपर्क कर सकती है। यह ऐप राज्य के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। मुख्यमंत्री के मुताबिक, राज्य सरकार के नए साल के संकल्प ने राज्य में महिलाओं की सुरक्षा बढ़ती जा रही है और कई सक्रिय उपाय करके उन्हें आपातकालीन सहायता प्रदान की है, इनमें से एक MP e -Cop पुलिस एप सेवा है। यह ऐप हिंदी भाषा में लॉन्च किया गया है जो राज्य में व्यापक रूप से इस्तेमाल की जाने वाली भाषा है, जिससे कि यह आम लोगों तक पहुंच सकता है और अधिक प्रभावी बातचीत की जा सकती है। महिलाओं या लड़कियों को MP e -Cop ऐप पर उपलब्ध एसओएस सुविधा में पांच नंबर तक फ़ीड कर सकते हैं और अगर लड़की या महिला ने बटन पर एक क्लिक की है। ऐप में उसके द्वारा डाले गये पांच नंबरों पर ऐप एक चेतावनी एसएमएस भेजेगा।

महिलाओं के लिए MP e -Cop ऐप में उपलब्ध सुरक्षा सुविधाओं:

1. मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन डाउनलोड के लिए उपलब्ध है और लगभग सभी स्मार्टफोन में इसका उपयोग किया जा सकता है। लड़कियों और महिलाएं प्ले स्टोर से ऐप डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं और उन्हें मुफ्त में अपने मोबाइल फोन पर स्थापित कर सकते हैं।
2. यह एक बहुत ही सरल अनुप्रयोग है जो आपातकालीन स्थितियों के मामले में सूचित करने के लिए जरूरी होने वाली लड़की के पांच परिवार के सदस्यों / शुभचिंतकों की आपातकालीन संख्याओं को संग्रहित करेगा। उपयोगकर्ता आवेदन में परिवार के सदस्यों, मित्रों और स्थानीय अभिभावकों के नाम और संपर्क नंबर जोड़ सकते हैं।
3. संकट, उत्पीड़न, अपराध, आघात, आदि की स्थिति में उपयोगकर्ता एसओएस बटन को टैप कर सकता है और तुरंत तत्काल सहायता और सहायता के लिए डाले गए आपातकालीन संपर्कों के लिए एसएमएस भेज दिए जाएंगे।

1. महिलाओं को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने के अलावा मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का मुख्य प्राथमिकता काम है, यह मोबाइल ऐप राज्य के सामान्य नागरिकों के लिए भी फायदेमंद होगा।
2. इस एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से सड़क दुर्घटना, अपराध, चोरी, आग की रिपोर्ट आदि की घटनाओं की रिपोर्ट कर सकते हैं। यह ऐप मिशन व्यक्ति, लेख, मोबाइल फोन आदि की रिपोर्टिंग और पुनर्प्राप्त करने में सहायक होगा।
3. नागरिक इस मामले के माध्यम से पुलिस विभाग के उच्च अधिकारियों से सम्पर्क कर सकते हैं ताकि संवेदनशील मामलों की रिपोर्ट कर सकें और गोपनीय जानकारी पा सकें जो कि पूरे अपराध में लड़ने के लिए अपराध और लड़ने में सहायक हो सकता है।

MP e -Cop ऐप में उपलब्ध सुविधाएं नीचे दी गई हैं:

1. एप का एक बहुत महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा लापता व्यक्ति की रिपोर्ट और वसूली है।
2. इस के माध्यम से, एक नागरिक केवल एक लापता व्यक्ति के ठिकानों की पूछताछ नहीं कर सकता, बल्कि गायब होने वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति के बारे में पुलिस विभाग को रिपोर्ट कर सकता है।
3. मप्र पुलिस का लापता व्यक्ति दस्ते तुरंत कानून के उचित वर्गों के अनुसार आवश्यक कदम उठाएंगे।
4. इसके अलावा, अगर कोई मामला है जहां कोई पहचान के बिना मृत शरीर निकाला गया है, तो कोई इस आवेदन के माध्यम से पुलिस को रिपोर्ट कर सकता है।

कैसे डाउनलोड करें और MP e -Cop ऐप को इंस्टॉल करें:

1. ऐप केवल एंड्रॉइड संस्करण में लॉन्च किए जाने के कारण, इसलिए एंड्रॉइड फोन वाले नागरिक इस एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।

1. एक जिम्मेदार नागरिक के रूप में, कोई भी इस मोबाइल ऐप का उपयोग पुलिस विभाग से सीधे संपर्क करने के लिए कर सकता है और इसके लिए किसी को भी पुलिस स्टेशन पर जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
2. इस ऐप में Google मानचित्र में चिह्नित प्रत्येक पुलिस स्टेशन और अन्य पुलिस विभाग का विवरण शामिल है। एक को फोन में जीपीएस को सक्रिय करना होगा और निकटतम पुलिस स्टेशन स्थित होगा।
