Azim Premji Foundation Fellowship

Azim Premji Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that works to improve quality and equity in school education across the country. The Azim Premji Foundation is offering a two year fellowship program. The Fellowship Programme of Azim Premji Foundation aims to give an educational and social sector experience to a diverse range people from a variety of backgrounds. The fellowship is a two-year full-time programme. In the first-year, the fellowship will involve teaching in government schools and participating in the activities of the field institutes of the foundation in rural parts of Karnataka. This will enable the fellows to build a deeper understanding of public education and develop their perspectives of education. The second year would be focused on hands-on projects and capacity building of the Fellows, preparing them for roles they could play in the field institute after completing the fellowship.

Benefits of the Azim Premji Foundation Fellowship:

• Shortlisted fellow will receive monthly stipend of Rs. 27,000/- and after the successful complication of the program they will get employment opportunities with Azim Premji Foundation
• Accommodation will be provided for initial 2 weeks of Induction, which would occurs at Bangalore
• Each fellow will have 2 mentors assigned to them during the fellowship period. Fellows will receive continuous support from these mentor

Required Eligibility and Conditions for Applying Azim Premji Foundation Fellowship:        

1. The candidate should have Passion for social change
2. The candidate should completed Post-graduation or Professional degree in any discipline
3. The candidate should have 2 to 6 years of work experience in any sector
4. Knowledge of Tamil/Telugu/Hindi/Kannada is required based on place of posting

1. Passport Size Photograph
2. Copy of class X Mark sheet
3. Copy of class XII Mark sheet
4. Copy of Mark sheet Graduation
5. Copy of Mark sheet Post-Graduation
6. Attested copy of Mark sheet Diploma or other Exam
7. Certificate from University/institute
8. Aadhar Card
