To full fill, the election manifesto, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate Bhagyalakshmi Yojana for Girl Child in Uttar Pradesh. As soon as scheme launch, the government will provide financial assistance for newly born girl child who belongs to below poetry line family in Uttar Pradesh. This scheme is one the most ambitious election manifesto of chief minister Yogi Adityanath. Under Bhagyalakshmi Yojana, at the time of girl child born in poor family, the government will issue a bond of Rs. 50,000/- at the name of the girl child and after time to time benefit provide to the girl child. This scheme started with an aim of improving health and educational status of the girls in the State, to provide them better future, to prevent female feticide and to bring the positive attitude among people towards girl childbirth. This scheme will create positive thinking about girls among the masses, improvement in gender ratio and provide financial assistance to girls for education in Uttar Pradesh state

Benefits of Bhagyalakshmi Yojana:

• The government will issue a bond of Rs. 50,000/- at the name of girl child and time to time benefit provide to the girl
• Class 6^th: benefits of Rs.3000 at the time of admission in 6^th class
• Class 8^th : benefits of Rs.5000 at the time of admission in 8^th class
• Class 10^th: benefits of Rs.7000 at the time of admission in 10^th class
• Class 12^th: benefits of Rs.8000 at the time of admission in 12^th class
• Benefits of remaining amount provide to the family at the time of girl childbirth

Eligibility for Bhagyalakshmi Yojana:

1. Applicant should be resident of Uttar Pradesh state
2. Only two girl child per family who belongs to below poverty line are eligible for this scheme
3. Family income should be below 2,000,00 (2 lack) for this scheme

Documents required for Bhagyalakshmi Yojana:

1. Aadhaar card of parents
2. Birth certificate of a girl child
3. Income certificate
4. Residential proof
5. Caste certificate
6. Ration Card
7. Bank account details

How to apply for Bhagyalakshmi Yojana:

1. The application procedure for this scheme will be directed soon by the Uttar Pradesh government
2. Once, Bhagyalakshmi Yojana will be launched then applicant get full details about the application procedure
