    • Hi Bhubaneswar, what you heard might be true, but the scene is, it takes near about 2-3 months from the date of starting of academic session to distribute the laptops. Since many colleges gets started by the month of June, they started distributing the laptop in September. But due to huge number of students qualifying to get laptops, the distribution takes a bit longer time and hence we tell students that you’ll get it by December 2016. But if you want to know exact date you’ll have to ask your college authority because once the batch is released by the government, it is directly passed on to the college authority and further they will handle the distribution procedure. I hope this answers your query… still have doubts? fell free to ask question. Thank you 🙂

    • Hey hi Subhranshu, sorry it took little bit time to give you the reply. So to claim for the free laptop, you just need to follow very easy few steps. First find out where is the laptop distribution committee in your college, once you get the committee ask them for the laptop claim form by Orissa Government. Fill that form and submit it to the help desk in your college. Then that form will be verified and will be sent for the approval and after it is approved, you’ll receive the details about the location of distribution of laptop. Hope this answers your query.
