Financial Aid Scheme to Multi-Disciplined and Mentally Retarded Disabled People launched on date 30-6-2011 by Madhya Pradesh Government (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment). This scheme aims to help Mentally Retarded Disabled people of age 6 or more by providing financial assistance to them. Under this scheme, Rs 500 per month per beneficiary pension is being provided. To take advantage of this scheme, it is necessary to include names in the list of families who live below the poverty line. An applicant who wishes to apply should qualify some eligibility norms mentioned below. The applicant can get the application form and apply to Commissioner Municipal Corporation or Nagar Panchayat or social welfare office

Benefits of Financial Aid Scheme to Multi-Disciplined and Mentally Retarded Disabled People:

Scheme provides benefits in the form of financial assistance
Under this scheme, Rs 500 per month per beneficiary pension is being provided to all such beneficiaries who qualify all eligibility norms mentioned below
Amount of pension will be directly transferred to beneficiaries account

Should be residence of Madhya Pradesh
Applicant of age 6 years or more are eligible
Multi-Disciplined and Mentally Retarded Disabled are eligible

Disability Certificate
Residence proof e.g. certificate from residence authority
Bank details e.g. account number, account holder name, branch name, MICR code, IFSC code
Age proof i.e. Applicant’s age is more than 6 years
Applicant’s Passport Size 3 photograph
Multilanguage / mentally undeveloped (certification by medical board)
BPL Ration card
