The main objective behind introducing this scheme is to help scheduled class candidates to empower themselves. An initiative of Gujarat government helped many such students to get employed. Required eligibility and conditions applying for Free Air Hostess, Travel and Hospitality Management Courses for Graduate:
- Candidates resident of Gujarat are eligible
- Candidates belong to scheduled caste are eligible
- Candidates graduate pass are eligible
- To avail the benefits under this scheme, following criteria should be fulfilled:
- Candidate must be HSC pass with proficiency in Hindi and English languages
- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Marital Status: Unmarried
- Height: (1) 162 c.m. for girls, (2) 172 c.m. for boys
- Weight: Proportionate to the height
- Vision: Normal eyesight – 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 vision in another eye (without using spectacles or lens)
