The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a lucky draw for residential flat scheme (गाजियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण (जीडीए) आवासीय योजना लकी ड्रा). Under the scheme 1,023 flats are available for allotment. The flats are fully constructed and ready to occupy. They will be alloted via a lucky draw system and interested citizens are requested to apply as soon as possible. The details are available online at official GDA website gdaghaziabad.com

  • GDA flats lottery registrations begins: 12th February 2018
  • Last date of application: 12th March 2018

GDA Housing Scheme / GDA Awasiya Yojana: Eligibility

  • Economically weaker sections (EWS)
  • Mini middle income group (MIG)
  • Lower income group (LIG) 

The flats on offer for lower income groups are in low rise four floor buildings where as 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats too are available in high rise buildings.

  • 96 single room flats located in Kaushambi area of Ghaziabad
  • Flats available in different categories and sizes starting from 27.87 square meter to 174 square meter

How to apply for Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) residential flats scheme lucky draw?

  • The application forms for the GDA lottery are available at selected banks. Interested applicants are required to fill in the forms, attach the requested documents and submit them to those banks only
  • The application fees for EWS flats is Rs. 300 where as other categories it is Rs. 1,100
  • Once the flat is alloted the alloted needs to make 20 percent payment within one month of the allotment
  • Remaining 80% payments needs can be made in 12 quarterly installments with in next 3 years
  • Interest rate for the remaining 80% is 12% which is applicable only for flats in Madhuban-Bapudham and Kaushambi
  • For Modinagar scheme payments can be done in 80 quarterly installments for 20 years at the interest rate of 7.5%
