Higher Education Reward Scheme launched by Ministry of Labour and Employment (Labour Welfare Board), Government of Gujarat. The main aim behind introducing this scheme is to encourage students who wish to complete higher studies, by providing financial assistance to them. Under this scheme students who score well on entrance exams or other exams to get the reward of Rs. 5000 to 10,000. Exams like MBBS, Engineering, CA, CS etc. A unique initiative of Gujarat government helping many such students to pursue higher education. All children of labour working in Gujarat and qualifies other norms are eligible under this scheme.
