Janasevaka scheme

Citizen live in Karnataka can get easily 53 government services such as ration cards, health cards, and senior citizen identity at doorstep

Karnataka government has announced Janasevaka Scheme for lives of the citizens of Karnataka. Under the scheme with the help of 11 departments, citizens can get 53 services at doorstep. Earlier this scheme implemented on pilot basis in Dasarahalli area. Now it will extended to Bommanahalli, Mahadevapura, and Rajajinagar areas. Karnataka government can plan to extended to all 27 assembly segments besides Anekal in Bengaluru

  • Citizens can collect their requested document at doorstep at Rs.115 only

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Scheme is applicable only in Karnataka
  • Citizen are who living in Karnataka only

Process for government services:

  • Citizens would be request for government services through website or phones
  • After accept the request for services, assigned Jan Sevak or a delivery executive will be deliver the service to the citizen
  • Jan Sevak or a delivery executive have government-issued identity card, a biometric scanner, a thermal printer, a tablet to provide all services with safely and secured
  • All request, process and delivers document will be uploaded on the back-end server of the responsible department
