Post, Pay Scale & Eligibility Criteria:
- Post: Professor
- Pay Scale: Level-14A (under 7th Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs.1,59,100
- Eligibility Criteria: Ph. D. with first class or equivalent with a very good academic record and minimum 10 years’ experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc Bangalore, IIMs, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs.
- Post: Associate Professor
- Pay Scale: Level-13A2 (under 7th Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs.1,39,600
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Post: Assistant Professor Grade I
- Pay Scale: Level-12 (under 7th Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs.1,01,500
- Eligibility Criteria: Ph. D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent
- Post: Assistant Professor Grade II
- Pay Scale: Level-10 (under 7th Pay Commission) Initial Basic Pay Rs.70,900
- Eligibility Criteria: Ph. D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years Industrial/Teaching/Research experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the recommendations from selection committee. The shortlisted candidates then needs to make a presentation to the students and faculty members and followed by interview based on which the selection will be made.
