Post: Fireman (erstwhile Fireman Gr. II & Gr. I) (General Central Services, Group C, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Non-Industrial)

Nature of work / Job description:

• Fire fighting
• Men and animal rescue in distress
• Attending required trainings
• Conduct and take part in the emergency drills
• Fire station maintenance
• Fire fighting equipments maintenance
•  Study campus and get accustom to it
• Educate people on the fire safety
• Assist in fire prevention

Location: Naval Dockyard (Mumbai), NAD (Trombay), NAD (Karanja), MO (Mumbai), WED (Mankhurd). Selected candidates will have to serve units under administrative controls of Headquarters, Western Naval Command,  Mumbai however they can be placed anywhere across India.

Pay scale: Rs.19,900 – Rs. 63,200 (as per Seventh CPC, Pay Matrix – Level 2)

Essential Qualification:

• Education: Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board in India
