- Pay Scale: Rs.15,000
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Passed 12th / HSSLC or equivalent from Govt. recognized institution and Experience in Health Sector, preferably in Field Surveillance Work of NVBDCP & other related programme.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 44 years
- Age relaxation for OBC Candidates: 3 years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- Age relaxation for PWD Candidates: 10 years
