Position: Management Trainee (Materials Management/ Asst. Co. Secy./ Marketing/ Agri./ Civil/ HR/ F&A), Senior Trainee(Marketing/ HR/ Accounts/ Agriculture/ Quality Control/ Horticulture) & Diploma Trainee (Agriculture/ Civil), Trainee (Agriculture/ HR/ Accounts/ Store/ Technician/ Data Entry Operator), Trainee Mate (Agriculture).

Required Age:

1. Management Trainee: Maximum age limit not exceeding 25 years
2. Senior Trainee/Diploma Trainee: Maximum age limit not exceeding 23 years
3. Trainee: Maximum age limit not exceeding 23 years
4. Trainee Mate: Maximum age limit not exceeding 20 years

Pay Scale:

1. Management Trainee: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000
2. Senior Trainee/Diploma Trainee: Rs. 22,000 – Rs. 77,000
3. Trainee: Rs. 17,000 – Rs. 60,000
4. Trainee Mate: Rs. 16,500 – Rs. 56,000

Eligibility:
Management Trainee: B.Sc./M.Sc./BE/B.Tech (Agriculture)/B.Com with full time MBA (Materials Management /Supply Chain Management /Agronomy/Seed Technology/Plant Breeding & Genetics/Agriculture Entomology/Plant Pathology).
Senior Trainee/Diploma Trainee: B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Mktg./Agri. Business Management) full time or 2 years full time PG Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Agri. Business Management or M.Sc. (Agri.) & 3 years Diploma in Agriculture Engineering/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering.
Trainee: BCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or 3 years Diploma in Engg. in (Computer Application /Computer Science /IT / Electronics) & Graduation with ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Auto Electrician / Welder / Diesel Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Machine-man Trade.
Trainee Mate: Intermediate in Agriculture/Sr. Secondary (12th) or equivalent in Science with Biology as one of the subjects with sound physique.
