Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification for the Post of Junior Parliamentary Interpreter:
  • Eligible candidates have completed a Master’s Degree in English with the medium of Hindi Language up to degree level.
  • Candidate must have minimum 2 year of experience in translation or interpretation work.
  • Educational Qualification for the Post of Junior Parliamentary Reporter:
  • Eligible candidates have completed a Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates must have good knowledge of Hindi Shorthand and typewriting with minimum speed of 160 words per minute in Hindi typewriting and 7500 words in English shorthand dictation per hour
  • Educational Qualification for the Post of Senior Executive/Legislative/Committee/Protocol Assistant
  • Eligible candidates have completed a Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Candidates must have a certificate in computer course recognized by AICTE
  • Educational Qualification for the Post of Research Assistant:
  • Eligible candidates have completed a Master’s Degree in any discipline or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Candidates must have a certificate in computer course recognized by AICTE
  • Educational Qualification for the Post of Stenographer:
  • Eligible candidates have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Candidates must have a minimum Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m
  • Preference may be given to those knowing both English and Hindi stenography.
  • Educational Qualification for the Post of Junior Clerk:
  • Eligible candidates have completed a his/her graduation from any discipline
  • Candidates must have a minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m in Hindi/Urdu
  • Age Limit:
  • The eligible candidate age limit is in between 18 to 30 years for the post of Junior Parliamentary Interpreter, Translater and  Junior proof reader
  • The eligible candidate age limit is in between 18 to 27 years for the post of Junior Parliamentary Reporter, Junior library assistant and Stenographers
  • For OBC category candidates have 3 years of age relaxation
  • 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ ST candidates
  • 10 years of age relaxation for SC/ ST candidates

Selection Process:

Eligible candidates will be selected based on Following Process:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Written Exam
  3. Skill test
  4. Personal Interview

Application Fee:

  • Candidates belonging from the General and OBC category have to pay Rs. 100 and Rs. 60 for Bank charges through Challan deposited at any branch of the State Bank of India (SBI)
  • SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from the payment of application fee
