Post Matric E-Scholarship by Social Welfare Department of Govt. of Uttarakhand

The Government of uttarakhand social welfare is providing fresh and renewal scholarships for post Matric Students. The social welfare department is providing scholarship for the students who belong to Scheduled castes (SC), Scheduled tribes (ST), and OBC and also for the disabled students who are pursuing 11th and 12th classes in any district of Uttarakhand state. The students must be the permanent residents of Uttarakhand. This Scheme is to encourage students to continue education by providing financial assistance. The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance for well and better education to get self-employment and higher education opportunity to economically weaker section.

Required Eligibility and conditions for Applying Post Matric State e-Scholarship Scheme: 

  1. Candidates must be Permanent resident Uttarakhand
  2. Candidates who are pursuing the courses in or out side of the uttarakhand state in the institution which are recognized the government are eligible
  3. Candidate should be passed the previous year exam are eligible
  4. Candidate must not done any professional course except the course which is continuing now
  5. Candidate must not apply or take any other scholarship except this scholarship
  6. For SC students the students patents annual income must not exceed Rs. 250, 000/-
  7. For ST students the students patents annual income must not exceed Rs. 200, 000/-
  8. The scholarship will be awarded according to Indian Government rules

Documents required for Applying Post Matric State e-Scholarship Scheme:

  1. Caste certificate
  2. Identity proof
  3. Income certificate
  4. Residence proof certificate
  5. Domicile certificate
  6. Bonafide certificate
  7. Previous years pass Mark sheet
  8. Aadhar Card

Application Form:

  1. First of all go to the Uttarakhand Social Welfare Post Matric and Renewal Scholarship portal and then click on Post Matric scholarship scheme
  2. After this click on Student Registration
  3. Fill all the field of student registration form and submit it
  4. Here, you should keep password safe which you got in your student registration form
  5. Then click on Student’s login in Home page
  6. Enter registered email as login ID and password
  7. Go to scholarship registration and then click on fill scholarship application
  8. Afterward, select scheme
  9. Fill the scholarship application form and for submission click on submit button. Once application form submitted, cannot be edited
  10. Click on Upload document and upload photo in order to upload the scanned documents and passport photograph
  11. Click on Print application in order to take print out of online submitted application form
  12. In this online submitted printed application form, paste the latest photograph and do the signature at last of applicant and attach all self-certified documents with it and submit it to the applicable institute on or before the due date
