The Government of Madhya Pradesh decides to provide Seed sale License to the people of Madhya Pradesh. Seed Sale License is a type permit to the seed seller to sale seed. For obtaining Seed sale License Applicant has filled the forms with required information and required Documents which is mention below in the procedures. Candidates can easily get the Seed sale License using following information.

Eligibility for Application to Issue Seed Sale License:

  1. Applicant should be Resident of Madhya Pradesh State

Required Documents:

  1. Permanent Resident Certificate
  2. Qualification Certificate
  3. Form ‘O’ (Source Certificate)
  4. Site Plan with Map (Premises Verification)
  5. Permanent account number (PAN)
  6. Bank balance ( 50,000/-)
  7. Advertisement / Papercutting
  8. Treasury fee ( Rs. 300 Under 0401 Crop Husbandry)
  9. Post Paid Mobile No.
  10. Two passport photographs

Required Information for issuing Seed Sale License:

  1. Name of Applicant
  2. Present and permanent address
  3. Date of birth, Age
  4. Aadhaar Number
  5. Place of Business((Please give exact address) For Sale
  6. Place of Storage
  7. Type of Concern?
  8. In what capacity this application is made
  9. Give the name(s) and address(es) of the Proprietor/Partner/Manager/Karta
  10. Name of the Seed Producer/Company/Committee and seed details
  • Source/Authorization Letter provider name
  • Valid Upto (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Name of the seed(s)
  1. Challan Details
  • Licence Fee (In Rs.)
  • Challan No
  • Challan Date (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Bank Name

Application Procedure:

  1. For Issuing Seed Sale License Applicant should visit the official website of Madhya Pradesh Government: http://mpedistrict.gov.in/Public/index.aspx
  2. After that applicant will see the following Image
  3. After going on that site Applicant has to click on Issue Seed Sale License which is present under the Available facilities Section
  4. Post applicant will see the following image
  5. Then after Applicant can see Download application form option on the Upper right side of the image where applicant has to click for Issue Seed Sale License form
  6. After getting the form, next need to fill it properly with all required and relevant details. Check all details in form after filling application form completely
  7. Now attach required and relevant documents with application form. All required are to be submitted with form
  8. Proceed to concerned authority office and submit your application with all required documents and fee charges to obtain Seed Sale License. The concerned officer verifies all details in form and documents. After all verification, he will issue  Seed Sale License
  9. The department sends a notification on your registered mobile number or email id. If no notification is received then visit concerned office after prescribed time limit to collect Seed Sale License

Fee for Issue Seed Sale License: Rs.300
