Social Security Old Age Pension Scheme launched by Madhya Pradesh Government (Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment). This scheme aims to help old age destitute people of age 60 or more. Under this scheme, Rs 300 per month per beneficiary pension is being provided. To take advantage of this scheme, it is not necessary to include names in the list of families who live below the poverty line. An applicant who wishes to apply should qualify some eligibility norms mentioned below. Applicant can get application form and apply to Commissioner Municipal Corporation or Nagar Panchayat

• Scheme provides benefits in the form of financial assistance
• Under this scheme, Rs 300 per month per beneficiary pension is being provided to all such beneficiaries who qualify all eligibility norms mentioned below
• Amount of pension will be directly transferred to beneficiaries account

Required eligibility and conditions for applying Social Security Old Age Pension Scheme in Madhya Pradesh:

1. Should be residence of Madhya Pradesh
2. Applicant of age 60 years or more are eligible
3. Only destitute old age people can apply

Document required for applying Social Security Old Age Pension Scheme in Madhya Pradesh:

1. Aadhar card
2. Residence proof e.g. certificate from residence authority
3. Bank details e.g. account number, account holder name, branch name, MICR code, IFSC code
4. Age proof i.e. Applicant’s age is more than 60 years
5. BPL ration card
6. Applicant’s Passport Size 3 photograph
