- Educational Qualification: A degree in Food Technology/Food Technology and Biochemical engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognized University/Institute or B.Sc. degree from a recognized University/Institute and Training in Fruit Preservation/Fruit Processing at Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore/Bangalore or any other Government or Government Organised Institution and Knowledge of Bengali/Nepali spoken and written.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 36 years
