This is a certified job-oriented skill development training provided by BECIL. This drive will guarantee 100% placement to candidates who successfully complete the training with 50% marks. The selected candidates will be placed on contractual basis at electricity distribution substations of Uttar Pradesh with assured minimum wages of Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. Qualification:
- Skilled Manpower – Candidate must possess ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade or Wireman as recognized by NCVT/ SCVT/ Higher Technical Degree / Diploma in Engineering and or with shall possess Overhead certificate for Electrical Safety with 2 years of experience in Electricals
- Semi-Skilled Manpower – Candidate must have passed class 12 examination with 1 year computer course DCA or DGPCA. He/ she should have reading and writing knowledge of Hindi and English
- Unskilled Manpower – Candidate must have passed class 8 examination with at least 1 year experience in electrical stream. He/she should have reading and writing knowledge of Hindi and at least reading knowledge of English
Training Programme Details:
- Each training programme has a batch size/ strength of 30-40 candidates
- Faculty for the training programme comprises of experts from BECIL ad trained engineers from Power sector
- Training programmes will be supported with lab setup for practical training material/ tools & kits
- Training will be provided for 30 days including in house training for 15 days and on-site training for 15 days
- Candidates will undergo training only after successfully clearing the merit test including written test/ Group Discussion/ PPT about Electricity Distribution lines or substations
- All the candidates will be provided with training materials/ tools & kits, working lunch & tea/ snacks during the programme
- Certificate will be provided to each candidate at the end of the training programme
