The Office of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Income Tax Department, Delhi is recruiting for various positions. Applications are invited for total 21 positions of Tax Assistant, Stenographer Grade-2 and Multi-Tasking Staff. This is a sports quota recruitment; thus, applications are invited from meritorious sportsmen who have represented India at different levels. These posts are temporary but likely to be permanent. Pay Scale:
- Tax Assistant/ Stenographer Grade-2 – Rs. 5,200-20,200/- + GP – Rs. 2,400/-
- Multi-Tasking Staff – Rs. 5,200-20,200/- + GP – Rs. 1,800/-
Age limit:
- 18-27 years
Probation period:
- 2 years
Qualification:
- Tax Assistant – Candidate should possess degree from a recognized university/ institution along with data entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.
- Stenographer Grade-2 – Candidate should have passed Class 12 examination from a recognized board along with dictation speed of 80 words per minute and transcription speed on computer of 50 words per minute (English) or 65 words per minute (Hindi).
- Multi-Tasking Staff – Candidate should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Sports Eligibility:
- Candidature of the applicant will be evaluated based on his/ her participation and best performance in various tournaments as follows held in any 3 years out of – 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 –
- International Tournaments/ Events like Olympics & World Championship.
- International Tournaments/ Events of Regional importance like Asian Games/ Commonwealth Games/ Afro Asian Games.
- Domestic Tournaments/ Events of National level seniors like National games, National Federation Games, etc.
- Inter-University Tournaments.
- National physical efficiency/ Drive certificate holders.
