Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed B.Sc (Nursing)/ Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) along with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from a recognized university/ institution.
- Registration as Nurse and Midwifery from UP Nurses & Midwives Council is mandatory.
Upper Age Limit:
- 35 years
Honorarium and PBI:
- Rs. 20500/- per month honoraria + Rs. 15000/- per month Performance Based Incentive (PBI)
