Jan Samman Video Contest is a dedicated effort to reach every needy individual in the state through government schemes. The core idea behind this initiative is to ensure that a larger number of people benefit from these schemes, powered by the strength of the public. Residents of Rajasthan, aged 13 and above, can participate in this contest. They can create creative videos showcasing comprehensive information about the schemes, the eligibility of beneficiaries, application process, and success stories of beneficiaries. The videos can be posted on at least two social media handles using the hashtag #JanSammanJaiRajasthan from July 7th to August 6th, 2023. Adherence to the contest rules, fulfilling eligibility criteria, and the opportunity to win exciting prizes every day await participants. Let’s give your creativity a platform to attract public attention towards the government-operated schemes in Rajasthan!

How to Participate
- Gather information about the schemes implemented by the Rajasthan government.
- Choose the schemes you want to create videos about.
- Create a 30 to 120 seconds video with innovative content.
- Let your creativity shine – you can express your ideas through music, dance, poetry, singing, or scripts.
- Ensure your post settings are set to public so that anyone can view your video.
- Fill out the registration form on the website jansamman.rajasthan.gov.in, submit the provided link in the form, and click the submit button.
- Congratulations! You have successfully registered for the competition!
- Don’t limit yourself to a single video submission in the competition! Create as many videos as you want following the same process and upload them to your social media handles.
Winners and Prizes
Participate in the Jan Samman Video Contest to popularize the schemes initiated by the Rajasthan government and get a chance to win exciting daily prizes!
Daily Prizes:
- First Prize: Cash reward of ₹1 lakh
- Second Prize: Cash reward of ₹50,000
- Third Prize: Cash reward of ₹25,000
- Additionally, 100 inspiration prizes of ₹1,000 each will also be announced every day.
Announcement of Winners: The announcement of daily prize winners will be made on websites and social media platforms every third day.
Screening Process: Our screening committee will evaluate and assess every video submitted for each competition, selecting the best one as the winner.
Phase 1 – First, each video will be checked for compliance with the competition guidelines. Phase 2 – The quality, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information related to the scheme mentioned in the video will be assessed. Phase 3 – The creativity, effectiveness of the message conveyed, and its ease of understanding will be evaluated to determine the video’s overall value.
Videos that pass all three phases will reach the stage of daily winners’ awards.
