Educational Qualification: Pass 3 years Diploma in civil engineering from an institute recognized by the central government or state government
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
- Age relaxation for OBC/Ex-servicemen Candidates: 3 years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates: 5 years

Selection Process: The Selections will be made on the basis of Written Examination, Physical Standards Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
