1. Deputy General Manager: Maximum 48 years
2. Deputy Manager: Maximum 35 years
3. Junior Manager: Maximum 32 years

Pay Scale:

1. Deputy General Manager: Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 2,20,000
2. Deputy Manager: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000
3. Junior Manager: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000

Eligibility:

1. Deputy General Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in the discipline of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Marine Engineering/ Civil/Production/ Naval Architecture.
2. Deputy Manager: Graduate with 2 years MBA/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Journalism/ Public Relations.
3. Junior Manager: Master’s degree in English/Hindi.
