Educational Qualification: Graduation Degree in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government & candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years
- Age relaxation for OBC/Ex-servicemen Candidates: 3 years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- Age relaxation for Widows, divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands Candidates: 9 years
- Age relaxation for PWD Candidates: 10 years

- Date of Download of call letters for Pre- Exam Training: November, 2018
- Date of Conduct of Pre-Exam Training: 26/11/2018 to 01/12/2018
- Date of Download of call letters for Online Preliminary examination: November, 2018
- Date of Online Preliminary Examination: 08/12/2018, 09/12/2018, 15/12/2018 & 16/12/2018
- Result of Online Preliminary exam: December 2018/ January 2019
- Download of Call letter for Online Main exam: January 2019
- Date of Online Main Examination: 20/01/2019
Selection Process: The Selections will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination and Main Examination.

- Candidates of SC/ST/PWD/EXSM Category: Rs.100
