Why do we need to issue insecticide manufacturing license?
License means to give permission. Insecticide Manufacturing License allows people to manufacture insecticide. For manufacturing of insecticides, the license is required
Documents required applying for new insecticide license:
- Copies of marketing agreement between manufacturer & Marketing Company
- Undertaking about responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format
- Challan of fees paid( Section 13, Rule 9)Rs 2000 per Insecticide (Maximum Rs. 20,000)
- Specimen copies of Label/s and leaflets of marketing Companies
- Manufacturing process of the products
- Flow Chart of Products
- Copy of valid consent to operate from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board
- Registration copy of District Industries Center
- No Objection Certificate from concerned civic administrative authority
- Lease deed if the manufacturing site is not in the name of company
- Undertaking of Manufacturer regarding quality assurance on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format
- List of manpower (Expert Staff with Designation & Educational Qualification)
- List of Machinery & Laboratory Equipment with their make and capacity
- Safety provisions made for workers & production unit in general
- Copies of all Insecticides registration certificates (complete set) (Section-9)
- Specimen copies of label/s and leaflets as approved by C. I.B.& R.C.(Rule 18,19)
- Appointment of the medical officer.(Rule 37,38)
- Copies of documents of ownership of manufacturing/sale point/go down premises such as 7/12, revenue tax receipt etc.
- Notarized document for the name of the responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on stamp Rs. 100/- in the prescribed format
- Preliminary inspection report from Local Insecticide Inspector Details
- List of Board of Directors
- Memorandum of Association & Articles of Association
- Map of manufacturing Unit
- Marketing
- Notarized copies of manufacturing/selling license of the marketing Company
- Undertaking about the responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on Rs.100/- stamp paper in the prescribed format. Marketing Company
- Product wise manufacture & sale report for 2 years
- Joint Undertaking between Manufacturer & Marketer regarding marketing on Rs.100/- stamp paper in the prescribed format
- Job work
- Notarized copy of Manufacturing license (Company whose Job work is to be down)
- Job Work agreement
- Undertaking about the responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on Rs.100/- stamp paper in the prescribed format. (Company whose Job work is to be done)
Online procedure to apply for new insecticide manufacturing license:
- Applicant needs to visit Aaple Sarkar official website. Click next link to visit Aaple Sarkar website Click to Visit Aaple Sarkar Website
- Post visiting this link a window will appear which will look like the same image posted below. Then click on Right to Service (RTS) button
- Then next window will appear which will look like the second image posted below
- Then click on login or create new user account. Once it created a login using credentials. Window will appear which will look like posted image below
- Then search for Agriculture tab and click on it. Then click on Select department and click on The image will appear which will look posted image below
- Click on Pesticide Production License. A window will appear this will be an application form. Fill it carefully and click on submit
- Post that in future you can use this account for other processes like checking of Application status, Printing of Application forms, Renewal application etc
Fees:
- 2000 per insecticide, maximum to Rs. 20000 applicant can pay online
