  2. Fill in the marriage registration form
  3. Submit the filled form to the sub-registrar office of the locality for which you have address proof
  4. The couple has to appear before the Registrar along with their parents or guardians or other witnesses within one month from the date of marriage
  5. All witnesses should sign in front of the registrar
