Procedure to Apply for Domicile / Residence Certificate in Karnataka / कर्नाटक में निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया

Residence certificate is a very important document for all the important works. It plays an important role in every citizen’s life. The domicile certificate proves that the person is staying in a particular place from such a long time. And the individual is the permanent resident of that particular place or state. The domicile certificates come in use for the various purpose. This certificate is very useful for the educational institutions and job purpose activities. Domicile certificate is also essential for obtaining the New Ration Card, Driving Licence, Passport services etc. It is given by the revenue department of Karnataka state to their citizens.

Who can apply for Domicile / Residence Certificate in Karnataka?

1. Anyone who is citizen of Karnataka state can apply for Domicile / Residence certificate

Required Information for the application of Domicile / Residence certificate:

1. Name of the Applicant
2. Father/Guardian’s Name
3. Sex (M/F)
4. Residential Address
5. Purpose for which the certificate is required
6. Ration Card No

Documents needed for application of Domicile / Residence certificate:

1. Copy of School Leaving Certificate
2. Residential proof (any one of them)

• Ration card,
• Voter ID
• House tax,
• Tax receipt
• Details or papers of the property which are owned by the applicant’s parents or guardian

3. Birth Certificate

Application Procedure:

1. Go to official website of Nadakacheri AJKP http://www.nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in/
2. 
3. Click on APPLY ONLINE on the left side of the page.
4. Login Page will be displayed. Enter Mobile Number there
5. 
6. After that Click on Proceed tab.
7. A new page will be opened. Click on NEW REQUEST and select the service Domicile / Residence certificate
8. 
9. Select the language of application i.e. English or Kannada.
10. An application form will be displayed. Fill the necessary details in it.
11. 
12. Upload the requisite documents.
13. As a click on SAVE, an acknowledgment slip will appear and same will be sent to the user through SMS.
14. Choose the mode of Payment i.e. Credit Card/ Net Banking/Debit Card etc. and make payment
15. After the successful submission of application and documents, you will receive the Domicile Certificate within 30 days of issuing date by the concerned authority.

Check the Status of Domicile / Residence Certificate Online:

After applying for Domicile / Residence certificate you can later, check the status of the applied application through online. You will require your Application number for checking its status. So, follow these steps to check the status.

1. First, you have to go to NADA Kacheri official website: http://164.100.133.30/Online_service/WebForms/FindStatus.aspx

3. Enter Application Number displayed on acknowledgment receipt
4. Click on ‘STATUS’ option to know application status

Fee for the Domicile / Residence Certificate:

निवास प्रमाणपत्र सभी कार्यों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज है। यह हर नागरिक के जीवन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। निवास प्रमाणपत्र यह साबित करता है कि वह व्यक्ति किसी विशेष स्थान पर इतने लंबे समय से रह रहा है और व्यक्ति उस विशेष स्थान या राज्य का स्थायी निवासी है। विभिन्न प्रयोजनों के लिए निवास प्रमाण पत्र उपयोग में आता है यह प्रमाणपत्र शैक्षणिक संस्थानों और नौकरी प्रयोजन गतिविधियों के लिए बहुत उपयोगी है। नया राशन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, पासपोर्ट सेवाओं आदि प्राप्त करने के लिए निवास प्रमाणपत्र भी आवश्यक है। यह कर्नाटक राज्य के राजस्व विभाग द्वारा अपने नागरिकों को दिया जाता है।

कर्नाटक में निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?

1. जो कोई भी कर्नाटक राज्य का नागरिक है वह निवास निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है

निवास प्रमाण पत्र के आवेदन के लिए आवश्यक जानकारी:

1. आवेदक का नाम
2. पिता / अभिभावक का नाम
3. लिंग (M / F )
4. आवासीय पता
5. उद्देश्य जिसके लिए प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकता है
6. राशन कार्ड नंबर

निवास प्रमाण पत्र के आवेदन के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज:

1. स्कूल छोड़ने प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति
2. आवासीय प्रमाण (उनमें से किसी एक)

• राशन पत्रिका,
• वोटर आईडी
• हाउस कर,
• कर की रसीद
• आवेदक के माता-पिता या संरक्षक द्वारा स्वामित्व वाली संपत्ति के विवरण या कागजात

3. जन्म प्रमाणपत्र

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया:

1. NADA Kacheri की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं AJKP http://www.nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in/

3. पृष्ठ के बाईं ओर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें पर क्लिक करें।
4. लॉगिन पृष्ठ प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। वहां मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करें

6. आगे बढ़ने टैब पर क्लिक करने के बाद
7. एक नया पृष्ठ खोला जाएगा वहा नया अनुरोध पर क्लिक करें और सेवा निवासी प्रमाण पत्र का चयन करें

9. आवेदन की भाषा यानी अंग्रेजी या कन्नड़ चुनें।
10. एक आवेदन पत्र प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। इसमें आवश्यक विवरण भरें।
11. 
12. अपेक्षित दस्तावेजों को अपलोड करें।
13. सेव पर एक क्लिक कर ने के पस्शत, एक पावती पर्ची दिखाई देगी और वही SMS  के माध्यम से उपयोगकर्ता को भेजी जाएगी।
14. .भुगतान की विधि अर्थात क्रेडिट कार्ड / नेट बैंकिंग / डेबिट कार्ड आदि चुनें और भुगतान करें
15. आवेदन पत्र और दस्तावेजों को सफलतापूर्वक प्रस्तुत करने के बाद, आपको संबंधित प्राधिकारी द्वारा  30 दिनों के भीतर जाति प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त होगा।

निवास प्रमाण पत्र की स्थिति की जांच करें:

निवासी / निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद, आप बाद मे ऑनलाइन आवेदन के माध्यम से इसकी स्थिति की जांच कर सकते है. इस के  लिए आपको अपने आवेदन संख्या की आवश्यकता होगी। तो, स्थिति की जांच के लिए इन चरणों का पालन करें।

निवास प्रमाण पत्र के लिए शुल्क:

1. निवास प्रमाण जारी करने के लिए कुल रु.  15 /- शुल्क लिया जाएगा
