On February 20, 2021, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) will launch a new Residential and Industrial Plot Scheme for various sectors in Uttar Pradesh. This scheme is to encourage the residents of the state to take up new plots near Jewar airport location. This scheme is mainly to encourage development and residence around the new Noida International Airport in Jewar along side the Yamuna Expressway. Small plots will be made available for the residential as well as industrial purpose at affordable rates which lead to overall infrastructural and economic development in the area. Interested residents of the state are required to apply for buying the plots and allotment of the same will be done through luck draw system by the end of March, 2021.

Scheme Details:
- Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) is about to launch Residential and Industrial Plot scheme on February 20, 2021 for encouraging development near the new Noida International Airport in Jewar
- This scheme aims at encouraging the residents, industries as start-ups to purchase residential plots as well as industrial plots in various sectors
- It aims at overall infrastructural and economic development near the airport area
- Residential plots will be available in sectors 18, 20 and 22D and Industrial plots will be available in sectors 29, 32 and some other for now
- These plots will be small in size, for ex. The size of residential plots will be about 60 sqm, 90 sqm, 300 sqm, some plots of 4000 sqm and industrial plots will be about 450 sqm, 800 sqm, 1200 sqm, 3000 sqm, 4000 sqm
- More preference will be given to those willing to purchase small sized plots like 60, 90, 120, 150 sqm in residential and 450, 800 sqm in industrial sector
- About 100 small plots will be available for residential category as well as 1000 small plots for industrial category
- Residential plots will amount to Rs. 16,400 sqm and industrial plots will amount to Rs. 6,700 sqm
- Application process will be kept simple and interested residents can apply through online or offline mode as preferred
- Last date to apply for these plots is March 25, 2021
- Allotment of plots will be done through luck draw process
- Entire process will be conducted under the supervision of officials
