Saghan Ghanna Vikas Yojana launched by Government of Madhya Pradesh (Farmer welfare and Agriculture Department). The main objective behind introducing this scheme is welfare of farmer and Introducing farmer to developed species of sugarcane and new technologies of sugarcane farming. Saghan Ghanna Vikas Yojana makes farmer expert with newly introduced farming technology to do so Madhya Pradesh Government launches this scheme and helps farmer in the form of financial assistance. All residence farmer of Madhya Pradesh state is eligible under this. The farmer who willing to get benefit of this plan ought to apply to Nearest Krishi Vistar Adhikari with Approval of Gram Sabha or Agricultural Standing Committee of District Panchayat and written application form. The farmer is one of the most useful people of since the beginning of civilization to make them wealthiest Madhya Pradesh Government has introduced several schemes for the benefit of the farmers this is one of them prime initiative

Benefits of Saghan Ghanna Vikas Yojana in Madhya Pradesh:

• Saghan Ghanna Vikas Yojana helps farmer in the form of financial assistance. Benefits are mentioned below
• Sugarcane seed propagation: 10% of the cost is Rs. 2000 per hectare
• Sugarcane Performance: 7500 per performance
• Drip irrigation: 30000 per hectare
• Drip Fertigation: 2500 maximum
• Grant on micronutrient:1000 per hectare
• Grant on breeder seed:2500 per hectare by the World School of Agriculture
• Grant on tissue culture: Rs 1.25 per plant
• This is prime initiative taken by Madhya Pradesh government for farmer empowerment

Required eligibility and conditions for applying Saghan Ghanna Vikas Yojana:

1. All farmer residence of Madhya Pradesh state are eligible under this scheme
2. Owner of Agricultural Land
3. Priority should be given to scheduled caste/tribe / minor and marginal and female farmers in the selection

Document required for applying Saghan Ghanna Vikas Yojana:

1. Aadhar card
2. Residence proof
3. Bank details e.g. IFSC code, MICR code, branch name, account number
4. Identity proof
5. BPL ration card (if available)
6. 7/12 of farm
7. Income certificate
8. Application form (available at Krishi Vistar Adhikari office or can downloaded from mention link below)
