Saman Yojana has been started by the UP State Government on July 21, 2020. This aims to make sure all the construction work is done legally with the help of a map. No construction of building and colonies will be allowed to be built without a map. This scheme is implemented by Firozabad Shikohabad Development Authority. The main objective of scheme is to legalise the construction work.

Scheme Objectives:
- The main objective of the scheme is to legalise the constructions which are illegal, built without any maps.

Action against whom:
- The builders who got the maps passed for their building/ colony construction but built the actual construction in addition to the map, will be considered illegal and will be charged.
- Under this scheme, action will be taken against those builders undertaking illegal construction of buildings and Colonies
- During the scheme, the owner of the colony/building, if found to build any construction without map, will be charged twice the fine.
