The State Government of Uttarakhand (Social Welfare Department) providing Special coaching for Scheduled Caste (SC) students before the final examination of high school and intermediate in Uttarakhand. The special coaching classes for scheduled caste students are provided in all the districts of the state. The coaching is provided for the month of September to February in all subjects like English, Mathematics, and Science. In this scheme, the government also provide a grant of Rs. 200/- for class 10^th teacher and Rs. 300/- for Class 12^th teacher in the form of an honorarium for teachers. The practice of coaching in the classroom is one of the most effective ways to bring out the best in students, to develop their talents and strengths, to build skills and confidence and to nurture learning. Despite the best efforts of teachers, students sometimes need that extra push of encouragement to help them thrive. Regarding this, government has taken excellent initiatives by proving special coaching to the Scheduled Caste (SC) students before the final examination

• The government providing Special coaching for Scheduled Caste (SC) students before the final examination of high school & intermediate in Uttarakhand
• In this scheme, the government also provide a grant of Rs. 200/ – for class 10^th teacher and Rs. 300/- for Class 12^th teacher in the form of honorarium

Eligibility for Special Coaching for SC Students:

1. Applicant should be resident of Uttarakhand state
2. Applicant should belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) category
3. Applicant should be student of class 10^th and class 12^th

Documents required for Special Coaching for SC Students:

1. Aadhaar card
2. Caste certificate
3. Income certificate
4. Passport size photos

How to apply for Special Coaching for SC Students:

1. Applicant should contact respective college/institute in Uttarakhand state
2. Applicant also contact social welfare department or education officer in concerned districts/Taluka in Uttarakhand
