Government of Rajasthan under Uttar Matric Scholarship Scheme provides scholarship to the socially and economically backward classes. The scheme is implemented by the Department of Social Justice Empowerment Rajasthan. The scholarship is given to 10+2 and college level students with a mission to promote education in rural and backward communities in the state.
Eligibility for Uttar Matric Scholarship Scheme?
- Students belonging to SC, ST or OBC classes
- Students who`s family income is less than 2 lakh rupees per year
- Students with good academic records are given higher preference
- Students who are not getting any other state benefit/scholarships
Documents required for Uttar Matric Scholarship Scheme Rajasthan application:
- Identity proof (AADHAR card/voter id/academic card)
- Address proof (Family electricity bill / phone bill / driving license)
- Income certificate
- Caste certificate

How to apply online for Uttar Matric Scholarship Scheme Rajasthan?
STEP 1: Go to Social Justice & Empowerment Department Rajashthan official portal http://www.sje.rajasthan.gov.in
STEP2: Click on SJMS Portal under Apply Online/E-Services or click here
STEP 3: New users register yourself first by clicking on Sign-up/Register or click here
STEP 4: First time user select Google (Login with Google), provide your Gmail id & click Next
STEP 5: Click on Allow
STEP 6: On successful registration you will get a confirmation email and SMS, this is your Bhamashah ID, make sure your remember this ID. This can be used to login to various Govt. of Rajasthan portals
STEP 7: Click here & then click on Sign-in/Login or click here
STEP 8: Login with your Bhamarshah ID now
STEP 9: Update your personal details
STEP 10: Choose Student & click on OK
STEP 11: Now you will be shown various services of the Rajasthan Government choose Scholarship
STEP 12: You will be list of all your registered relatives click OK
STEP 13: Check/update your personal details, make sure they are correct & your photo is uploaded
STEP 14: Update your address details
STEP 15: Update your bank details & go next
STEP 16: Upload your identity proof & residence proof & then click on Submit
STEP 17: Choose Scholarship & click Submit
STEP 18: Specify college/school information
STEP 19: Specify details of fees your school/college charges, you need to upload fees payment receipt as well
STEP 20: Now specify that all the information you provided is correct & then click Submit which completes your application process
