Eligibility:
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers up to the rank of Chief Manager are eligible for this position
- Retired clerks and equivalent of BOB having passed JAIIB examination with a good track
- Applicant should have 3 years of experience in Rural banking
- Should be proficient in local language and dialect (reading and writing)
- Candidate will be selected from the same district and same state
For Other Candidates:
- Applicant should have completed minimum Graduation with Computer Knowledge, however qualification like MSc (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA
- Should be proficient in local language and dialect (reading and writing)
- Candidate will be selected from the same district and same state
Age Limit:
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Maximum age allowed is 65 years
For Other Candidates:
- Minimum age allowed at the time of appointment is 18
- Maximum age allowed at the time of appointment is 45
- Maximum age for continuation is 65 years
Pay Scale:
Monthly remuneration/salary will include Fixed and Variable components:
Category A
- Fixed Component – Rs. 15,000/-
- Variable Component – Rs. 10,000/-
Category B
- Fixed Component – Rs. 12,000/-
- Variable Component – Rs. 8,000/-
Period of Contract:
- Contract will be initially for 12 months
- It will be reviewed every 6 months
