Educational Qualification:
- Senior Manager – Candidate should possess CA/ CMA/ MBA/ PGDM with Finance/ Financial Management specialized qualification along with minimum 13 years of relevant post qualification experience
- Accounts Officer – Candidate should possess CA/ CMA/ MBA/ PGDM with Finance/ Financial Management specialized qualification along with minimum 01 year of relevant post qualification experience
- Assistant Manager – Candidate should possess a degree in Engineering/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Materials Management along with minimum 02 years of relevant post qualification experience
- Materials Officer – Candidate should possess a degree in Engineering/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Materials Management along with minimum 01 year of relevant post qualification experience

- For Accounts Officer/ Assistant Manager/ Materials Officer posts – Rs. 700/-
- SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from fee payment
