Qualification:
- Assistant Manager – Full time Bachelors/ Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution along with CA/ CMA/ CS qualification.
- Deputy Manager – Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institution along with minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Regional Manager – Graduate degree in any discipline with professional qualification/ certification in financial risk management from a recognized institution along with minimum two years of relevant experience.
Consolidated Remuneration (per month) (approx.):
- Assistant Manager – Rs. 60056.72/-
- Deputy Manager – Rs. 79621.49/-
- Regional Manager – Rs. 126954.37/-

- For SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates – Rs. 175/- (intimation charges only)
- For All other candidates – Rs. 850/- (application and intimation charges)
