Qualification:
- Candidate must have passed BAMS/ GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing) from any recognized institution.
- He/ She must have also completed the Mid-Level health provider’s certificate course.
- Registration with Council of Indian Medicines Haryana/ Haryana State Nurses & Nurse Midwives Council (Panchkula) or Central Council of Indian Medicines/ Indian Nursing Council (New Delhi) is required.

- 18-42 years

- Rs. 25,000/-
Fees:
- General category – Rs. 100/-
- Reserved categories/ PH category – Rs 50/-
