Beej Bhandwal Yojana in Maharashtra

Beej Bhandwal Yojana is launched by the state government of Maharashtra for Vimukta/Nomadic Tribes/Special Backward Category. This scheme is implementing by Social justice and special assistance department in Maharashtra. Under this scheme. Maharashtra government provides 25% capital to Vimukta/Nomadic Tribes/Special Backward Categories community. The aims to boost their economic, educational and social progress. In this scheme, the government provides Rs. 25,000 / – Direct Loan for Project extend up to Rs. 25,000/- at 2% interest rate. The repayment period for this loan is 4 years. In this particular scheme, the Bank also provides 75% and Organization provides 25% participation for the  Project extend up to  Rs. 5,00,000 / – at interest rate of 4% and repayment period of 5 years. Under the Beej Bhandwal Yojana, there is 25% participation of Department while 75% is funded by the Bank. The Rate of interest is 4% and the term for Loan is 5 Years. The applicant must be a resident of the state of Maharashtra and belongs to nomadic, nomadic tribes and Special Backward Category to get benefits under this scheme. The objectives of these schemes to create jobs and economic development for particular backward class

Eligibility criteria for Beej Bhandwal Yojana:

  1. The applicant must be a resident of the state of Maharashtra
  2. The applicant must belong to nomadic, nomadic tribes and Special Backward Category
  3. Applicant age should be from 18 to 45
  4. Applicant should not be left with any Government or financial institution for a loan
  5. The applicant must have annual family income for urban up to Rs. 1,20,000 / – and for rural up to Rs. 98,000
  6. Only one person in the family will get once the loan

Documents required:

  1. Loan application form
  2. Applicant caste certificate
  3. Applicant Aadhaar card
  4. Income certificate issued by the competent authorities of the state
  5. If the applicant had some technical training then certificate copy
  6. Applicant ration card
  7. Copy of the PAN card is mandatory
