To help people who want to set up their own work, Himachal Pradesh Government has recently launched the new scheme named Chief Minister Startup Scheme for Industries. Under this scheme, government excluded new industrial startup inspection for up to 3 years in the Himachal state. Government comes with this scheme to promote new ideas, products, and processes for commercialization and industry. This scheme helps educated youth from job seekers to job creator. The government will also provide physical space, coaching and mentoring facilities for the new business. So that it can easy for a businessman to set up their industry in the hilly location. This industrial startup scheme is highly beneficial to promote the industrial developments in the HP state. As it promotes the human capital by making ease the creation of the incubation space, generation of employment is carried a lot under this scheme.

- Government excluded new industrial startup inspection for up to 3 year
- Benefits of plots on 50% fixed rates as by the industries department for setting up industry
- Reduced stamp duty by 3 percent for start-up units
- Single window system for the new approval of the industries
- Financial assistance to the incubator(startup) organizations

Eligibility for Chief Minister Startup Scheme:
- Applicant should be resident of Himachal Pradesh
- All new startups and innovation projects are eligible for this scheme
- First-time business/industry startup can get benefits under this scheme
How to apply for Chief Minister Startup Scheme:
- All the new enterprises in the State required to submit only self-certified documents online or manually
- After that, concerned department will issue provisional registration within 15 days from submission of the documents
