On October 14, 2021 Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh launched ‘Chief Minister’s Health for All’ scheme for village people in the state. This scheme was announced by the CM on September 17, 2021 marking the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Under this scheme the residents will be screened for various diseases through door to door check-ups followed by free medicines and treatments as required. This scheme will tend to cover sixty four villages in the state. Through this scheme the state government tends to ensure health and safety of the citizens through early diagnosis and treatment of ailments. It will turn out as a boon for the people who are not able to afford medical check-ups and treatments.

- Manipur government started Chief Minister’s Health for All under which door to door check-ups will be conducted at various places in the villages.
- Chief Minister N Biren Singh launched the scheme on October 14, 2021 in a function at Imphal.
- Under this scheme the state government will make efforts to help people get medical consultation, check-up, screening, treatment, etc., free of cost.
