To train the youth of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe in the high-tech sector and ensure employment for them, state Government of Madhya Pradesh has launched Computer-Based Modern Office Management Training Scheme for Youth in Madhya Pradesh. In this scheme, a training of Modern Office methodology & English language is provided to the 25 eligible men/women through Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP). Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) has established in the year 1997, Bhopal as a Society under the Indo–German Technical Cooperation Agreement. Ministry of MSME, Government of India was the line ministry for this project whereas the Department of Technical Education & Skill Development. The program is implemented with the help of Government of Madhya Pradesh and German Technical Cooperation Agency (GTZ). It has headquartered in Bhopal with national & international operations dedicated to human resource development & organizational development. Government has taken excellent intuitive for the Scheduled Tribe & scheduled caste Students by providing them better educational facilities in the state

Benefits of Computer-Based Modern Office Management Training Scheme:

• A training of Modern Office methodology & English language is provided to the 25 eligible men/women through Center for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP)

• Four weeks practical training in any industry or any Government Office is provided by CRISP institute

Eligibility for Computer-Based Modern Office Management Training Scheme:

1. Applicant should be resident of Madhya Pradesh
2. Applicant should belong to scheduled tribe and scheduled caste
3. Applicant should be secured more than 55% marks in Higher Secondary Examination

Documents required for Computer-Based Modern Office Management Training Scheme:

1. Aadhaar card
2. Caste certificate
3. Domicile certificate
4. Educational mark sheet
5. Passport size photos

How to apply for Computer-Based Modern Office Management Training Scheme:

1. Selection priority is given to young candidates of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe category who have secured more than 55 % marks in Higher Secondary Examination and they belong to rural areas
2. All selection is done by Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) through the coordination with Commissioner of Tribal Development
3. The advertisements for application are given in various news Papers
