- Educational Qualification: Passed 10th class examination or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT/SCVT).
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years
- Age relaxation for OBC/Ex-Servicemen Candidates: 3 years
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/SEBC/Women Candidates: 5 years
- Age relaxation for PWD Candidates: 10 years
