MHADA Lottery 2017 to Offer 650 Affordable Homes in Maharashtra

Due to the space crunch in the state, Maharashtra Housing Area Development Authority (MHADA) Mumbai has decided to cut the count of affordable flats being offered to the public through lottery system of MHADA. Last year, total 972 homes were in the queue of sale. The number of home included in this year has been decreased by about 35 percent compared to last year.  This year, MHADA Housing Scheme 2017 will offer only 650 flats/houses in Mumbai Maharashtra for sale

As per information received from news published on Mid-Day, MHADA lottery 2017 would be launched in the last week of May 2017 and the advertisement of housing lottery scheme will be released on 31st May and registration and process of online application will be started from 1 June 2017.

MHADA Lottery 2017 Flats Details:
Total 650 flats would be available in the housing lottery 2017 which is constructed by MHADA and a big count of flats are under construction due to which they have not included in 2017 MHADA lottery.  Most of the flats being offered in the scheme would be reserved for the applicants belonging to LIG (lower income group) and MIG (Middle Income Group) category of the society.

After publishing the advertisement for MHADA lottery 2017, the link for apply online for the scheme would be available on the website by the using which any can register for flat in the scheme. The lottery result of 2017 scheme would be declared after closing the registrations and collecting the application forms. The MHADA lottery 2017 draw result will be out after the one month of the submission of the online applications.
