The Delhi government has started Midday Meals scheme for government school students. Under midday meals scheme 1st to 8th class students get free ration for 2 months (May and June). Also Delhi government providing cooking cost Rs. 238.56 per student in direct their parents bank account for 2 months. Government are preparing list of beneficiaries for midday meals scheme. Government’s this initiative will help to poor families.

Benefits:
- Students of primary school: Get 2.16kg wheat and 2.64kg of rice
- Students of upper primary school: Get 3.24kg wheat and 3.96kg of rice
- Get 500 grams of milk powder

Eligibility Criteria:
- Scheme is applicable for Students of government school only
- Scheme is applicable for Delhi state only
