The Government of Madhya Pradesh launched a price deficit financing scheme called Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (BBY) for farmers in MP. The object of the scheme is to provide minimum support price (MSP) to the farmers in the state. Under the scheme the state government will compensate farmers in the state when the prices for their agriculture produces falls below the government announced minimum support price. The scheme provides much needed support for the farmers who were already suffering various issues resulting in farmers suicides. Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana presently supports 8 crops. All the farmers are requested to register online and government request all the farmers to make sure that the register well within time. The benefits of the Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana will be directly transfered to their bank accounts.

Eight crops covered under Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (MBBY):

1. Soyabean (Soybean)
2. Mungfalli (Groundnut)
3. Til (Sesame Seeds)
4. Makka (Maize)
5. Udad (Black Gram)
6. Toor (Split Pigeon Peas)

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (MBBY):

• Farmers residing in the state of Madhya Pradesh
• Farmers who sold above mentioned crops for less than minimum announced value by the state government
• Must be farmer by occupation
• For selected 8 crops mentioned above only
• Farmers who has bank accounts

Documents required for Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (MBBY):

1. AADHAR number/card or receipt of AADHAR registration
2. AADHAR registered mobile
3. Land registration document / loan passbook
4. Copy of first page of bank passbook with account number and name clearly visible
5. For Sikmi/Patta land, letter of authorization and loan passbook of original land owner

Step by step offline registration process for Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (MBBY):

You need to register to get benefits of the Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (MBBY). For offline registration you can go to the Gram Panchyats, District Collector Office, Block office, e-uparjan centers or Mandi centers etc

STEP 1: Go to nearest Gram Panchyats, District Collector Office, Block office etc & ask for Mukhyamantri Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana (MBBY) form

STEP 2: Fill in the complete form, make sure all the details such as name, age, AADHAR number, address, crop description is all mentioned correctly

STEP 3: Specify bank account details such as account number, bank name & branch, IFSC code etc. Make sure that all the details are correct as the amount is transfered directly to this account

STEP 4: Submit it to the same office and take receipt of the application

STEP 1: Go to official portal of MP E-Uparjan at http://mpeuparjan.nic.in

STEP 2: Click on the खरीफ किसान पंजीयन 2017-18 or click here

STEP 3: Click on धान एवं मोटा अनाज 2017-18 किसान पंजीयन आवेदन करे or click here

STEP 4: Register with your AADHAR number or SAMAGRA ID (to find your SAMAGRA ID you can search here with your registered mobile number)

STEP 5: Fill in the complete form with your basic details such as name, age, gender, address

STEP 6: Specify the bank details such as account number, name of the bank, branch, IFSC code and make sure that all the information is correct

STEP 7: Upload all the related documents

STEP 8: Submit the application
