The Government of Chhattisgarh launched Mukhyamantri Gyan Protsahan Yojana (MGPY) for bright students from Scheduled Tribes & Scheduled Caste in the state. Under the MGPY scheme the government will provide scholarship to the students who topped in class 10th & class 12th. Students are chosen based on their 10th or 12th CBSE, ICSE and Chhattisgarh Primary Education Board examination results. First 1000 students are given this scholarship out of which 300 SC & remaining 700 will be ST category students. All such students will be given Rs. 15,000.
Eligibility for Chhattisgarh launched Mukhyamantri Gyan Protsahan Yojana (MGPY):
- Students from SC/ST categories
- First 1000 students who topped in their 10th & 12th examinations
- Students who are residents of Chhattisgarh state
How to apply for Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Gyan Protsahan Yojana (MGPY):
STEP 1: Download the application from from Chhattisgarh Scholarship portal http://schoolscholarship.cg.nic.in/ Or download the below mentioned form

STEP 2: Fill in the complete form, make sure that bank details are correct since the scholarship will be directly deposited to the bank account
STEP 3: Sign the application and get signature of the Principle of the school
STEP 4: Submit the form in the school or college you are studying in
