Procedure to Apply for Caste Certificate in Andhra Pradesh / आंध्र प्रदेश में जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया

The state government of Andhra Pradesh which has total 23 districts in the administration. The government is making communication between all departments and citizens through the online mode. In this process, the state government has established the MeeSeva services online. The caste certificate is a document which works as the proof that you belongs to that caste for which you are having it. The caste certificate has provided as per the Indian constitution in each state. The peoples are Andhra Pradesh can use this certificate for various purposes. The applicants can use this certificate to make their income certificate, can use in any kind of college, school to get the fees relaxation or to get the admission it also gives the age relaxation for admission and in various kinds of jobs.

Required Information for application of caste certificate:

1. Name of the Applicant in full (in Block Letters)
2. Sex of the Applicant
3. Father’s Name
4. Mother’s Name
5. Present Postal Address
6. Permanent place of residence
7. Age, Date of Birth and Place of Birth (if date is not known approx., Year of Birth)
8. Community for which certificate is claimed (including Sub-Group)

• Caste (including sub-caste) of the father
• Caste (including sub-caste) of the mother

9. Religion professed by the applicant
10. Religion professed by the father of the applicant
11. Religion professed by the mother of the applicant
12. Whether the applicant is

• A natural born son or daughter of his/her parents OR
• Adopted son/daughter of his/her parents

Required Documents:            

1. Firstly you need application form from official website
2. Must have Ration card or EPIC card or Aadhaar card
3. Applicant Father or mother property related documents
4. Employment of Father or Mother related documents
5. For professional process income tax returns certificate
6. Ration Card’s or FSC Food Security Card
7. Proof of Address, Ex: Electricity Bill
8. Notary Affidavit on Rs. 10/ -Non Judicial Stamp paper

Application Procedure:

1. Collect the application form for Caste certificate from nearby Meeseva center, this will cost around 10 only, you can also have the Xerox copy of that application
2. In case you won’t get the application form then you can download it from Here and can take print out of the application
3. Applicant can visit the following link for the application form: http://ap.meeseva.gov.in/DeptPortal/Meeseva-Applications.html

5. After visiting the link, go to the Revenue department, under Revenue department find Integrated Certificate for SC and BC Form, Integrated Certificate for ST Form.
6. Select any one of as applicable

11. After that, you have to take the application form and fill it correctly without any mistakes
12. Then you have to take the printouts of required documents and attach to the application form
13. Now go to the meeseva operator and he will submit the application form through online
14. Then after applying the application form it will be sent to the tahsildar office for further process
15. You will receive acknowledgment number or Registration number from operator
16. After you application is successfully submitted then you will get a text message on your mobile informing about the details of caste certificate which contains the transaction number and other details

Check the Status of Caste Certificate Online:

After applying for Caste certificate you can later, check the status of the applied application through online. You will require your Application number for checking its status. So, follow these steps to check the status.

1. First, you have to go to Meeseva official website: http://ap.meeseva.gov.in/DeptPortal/UserInterface/LoginForm.aspx

आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य प्रशासन में कुल 23 जिल्हे है। सरकार ऑनलाइन मोड के माध्यम से सभी विभागों और नागरिकों के बीच संचार व्यवस्था कर रही है। इस प्रक्रिया में, राज्य सरकार ने मीसेवा सेवाओं को ऑनलाइन स्थापित किया है। जाति प्रमाण पत्र एक दस्तावेज है जो प्रमाण के तौर पर काम करता है कि आप उस विशिष्ट जाति के हैं। जाति प्रमाण पत्र प्रत्येक राज्य में भारतीय संविधान के अनुसार प्रदान किया गया है। लोग आंध्र प्रदेश में विभिन्न उद्देश्यों के लिए इस प्रमाण पत्र का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। आवेदक इस प्रमाणपत्र का उपयोग अपने आय प्रमाण पत्र पाने के लिए कर सकते हैं, किसी भी तरह के कॉलेज में फीस छूट पाने के लिए, स्कूल में प्रवेश पाने के लिए या प्रवेश में छूट और विभिन्न प्रकार की नौकरियों में भी छूट प्रदान कर ने के लिए जाती प्रमाणपत्र का उपयोग हो सकता है।

आवश्यक दस्तावेज़:

1. सबसे पहले आपको आधिकारिक वेबसाइट से आवेदन पत्र की आवश्यकता है
2. इसमें राशन कार्ड या ईपीआईसी कार्ड या आधार कार्ड होना चाहिए
3. आवेदक पिता या मां की संपत्ति संबंधित दस्तावेज

5. व्यावसायिक प्रक्रिया के लिए आयकर रिटर्न प्रमाणपत्र
6. राशन कार्ड या एफएससी खाद्य सुरक्षा कार्ड
7. पता का प्रमाण, पूर्व: विद्युत बिल
8. 10 /- न्यून न्यायिक स्टाम्प पेपर पर नोटरी शपथपत्र

आवेदन की प्रक्रिया:

1. पास के मिसेवा केंद्र से जाति प्रमाण पत्र के लिए आवेदन पत्र ले लीजिए, इसके लिए लगभग Rs. 10/- का  खर्च आएगा, आप उस आवेदन की ज़ेरॉक्स कॉपी भी कर सकते हैं
2. अगर आप आवेदन पत्र नहीं प्राप्त कर पा रहे है तो तो आप इसे यहां से डाउनलोड भी कर सकते हैं और आवेदन से प्रिंट आउट कर सकते हैं

5. लिंक पे जाने के पश्चात, राजस्व विभाग खोजे, राजस्व विभाग तहत अंतर्गत अनुसूचित जाति और बीसी फॉर्म के लिए समेकित प्रमाण पत्र या एसटी फॉर्म के लिए एकीकृत प्रमाण पत्र खोजें
6. लागू होने वाले किसी भी एक का चयन करें

7. इसके बाद, आपको कोई भी गलती के बिना आवेदन पत्र लेना होगा और इसे भरना होगा
8. फिर आपको आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के प्रिंटआउट लेना होगा और आवेदन पत्र से जोड़ना होगा
9. अब मिसेवा ऑपरेटर के पास जाएं और आवेदन फॉर्म ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जमा कराये
10. आवेदन करने के बाद इसे आगे की प्रक्रिया के लिए तहसीलदार कार्यालय को भेजा जाएगा
11. आपको ऑपरेटर से स्वीकृति संख्या या पंजीकरण संख्या प्राप्त होगी
12. आपके द्वारा आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा करने के बाद आपको अपने मोबाइल पर जाति प्रमाण पत्र के विवरण के बारे में सूचित कर एक टेक्स्ट संदेश मिलेगा जिसमें लेनदेन संख्या और अन्य विवरण शामिल हैं

जाति प्रमाणपत्र ऑनलाइन की स्थिति की जांच करें:

जाति प्रमाणपत्र के लिए आवेदन करने के बाद, आप बाद मे ऑनलाइन आवेदन के माध्यम से इसकी स्थिति की जांच कर सकते है. इस के लिए आपको अपने आवेदन संख्या की आवश्यकता होगी। तो, स्थिति की जांच के लिए इन चरणों का पालन करें।
